the sunken place
this is my first original game that i’ve made without directly following a step by step tutorial. my only real goal for LD48 was to actually make a game and i think i succeeded there. i am curious to see how well i do in the jam though! hopefully they'll like the audio implementation...
the theme deeper and deeper made me think of the hypnosis scene in “Get Out,” so i made a platformer where you play a personification of your own consciousness trying to escape... the sunken place.
play with headphones because the music is bangin' and i spent a lot of time programming the filter to correspond to where you are in the level.
